NOTE:

Ensure a minimum of 5 feet clearance around the inflatable from any obstructions. No exceptions. Refunds will not be provided if the unit cannot fit safely in your space.
Each unit must have access to its dedicated electrical outlet to prevent circuit overloads, power outages, or equipment damage.
Delivery and pickup must be on the same day. Overnight rentals are available for an additional fee.
We do not install on dirt, dry grass, gravel, or similar surfaces. Acceptable surfaces include concrete, green grass, asphalt, etc.
We do have a stairs, elevator, and steep slope policy that applies to all orders. There is an additional cost. Please ask us!
