Photo Booth Terms and Conditions

1. Responsibilities of the Client:
   • Customer is responsible for providing a minimum 12’x8’x10’ (L x W x H) feet area for our photo booth.
   • Photobooth requires a low light setting, customer acknowledges this and is responsible to ensure installation in an environment as such.
   • Set up area is reasonably accessible with no stairs or elevators and has even ground.
   • Electrical outlet within 10 feet of photo booth designated area.
   • Access to venue at least 90 minutes before the event and 30 minutes after the event for setup and takedown.
   • Kids must be adult accompanied and supervised if interacting with the mirror. No kids alone will be allowed to interact with the mirror.
2. Photobooth Operation:
   • Good Events will deliver, set up, and dismantle the photobooth at the agreed-upon times.
   • The photobooth is for indoor use only, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties.
   • Operation of photo booth times may be adjusted if event location or client ends the event prior to the contracted end time and no refunds will apply.
3. Technical Issues:
   • In the event of technical issues with the photobooth, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. The Client agrees that Good Events will not be liable for any consequential damages. In the event that circumstances beyond our reasonable control result in the provision of only partial services, the rental charges will be adjusted proportionally.
4. Usage of Images:
   • All individuals utilizing Good Events’ photo booths hereby grant Good Events the right and permission to copyright and employ photographic portraits or images of any photo booth user, whether in whole or in part. These images may be used through any and all media currently known or hereafter devised for purposes such as illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose.
   • The Client grants Good Events approval to showcase event images online. By doing so, the Client releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Good Events from any liability that may arise during the capturing of such pictures or in any subsequent processing and publication, including, but not limited to, claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
   • If any provision within these terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable under Contract Law, said provision or portion thereof shall be considered distinct from the remainder of this contract. This separation shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions or portions thereof. This agreement represents the complete understanding between the Provider and the Client concerning the subject matter herein and may only be altered in writing, signed by both parties.
   • In case of a conflict between the parties, the Client agrees to resolve any disputes through arbitration. This agreement supersedes all prior oral, written, and other agreements between the parties related to the subject matter herein. It may only be amended in writing and signed by both Good Events and the Client.
   • We respect the privacy of the client and event guests. If you do not wish for images to be used, please let us know in writing, prior to event.
5. Damage or Loss:
   • The Client is responsible for any damage to or loss of the photobooth and its components caused by the Client or event guests during the rental period.
   • The Client will be billed for any repairs or replacements necessary to restore the photobooth to its original condition.
6. Photobooth Templates:
   • Good Events will create a printout incorporating materials emailed by the Client, such as logos, fonts, monograms, and concepts. A draft and two revisions will be offered by Good Events, and any further revisions will incur a charge of $95.00 per revision, billed to the Client.
